shipping policy

We will ship your order within 5 - 7 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer flat rates of $4.50, $7.50, and $10.00 based on the weight of your order.

Please double check your address before finalizing purchase, as Más Luz Wellness Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect, closed or undeliverable address.

If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or business closure and is "returned to sender," Más Luz Wellness Co. is not responsible for any shipping charges or fees incurred.

We are happy to ship your package back to a different address, but you will be asked to cover additional shipping costs for reshipment.  

Please note that Más Luz Wellness Co is not responsible for delayed USPS shipping times once your order has been dropped off at the post office. We have no control over transit times especially during the holiday period.
