Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.  If you receive a defective, damaged, or  wrong item with your order, please email us within 48 hours and be sure to include your order and shipping tracking number along with a picture of the damaged item and shipping box that you received.  A claim will be filed with USPS, and we will follow up with you accordingly to make your order delivery experience right.

Cancellations

Please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase to request a cancellation.
